Our staff will issue insurance receipts to any customers requesting a receipt for qualifying services. Just mention to the staff member handling your services that you would like a receipt and they will advise on what services and costs would qualify and then issue a receipt for you.

We have completed our work with all the major insurance company portals and can now offer Direct Billing for those customers interested.

The process is a bit more complex than issuing Insurance Receipts, that we have always done, but some customers like to use a Direct Billing option.

During the first visit that you want to use Direct Billing you will need to complete and sign an Insurance Acceptance document to authorize our company to handle billing your insurance company on your behalf. This is a requirement of the Insurance companies so we have no options. In addition we will need to determine the amount the insurance company will provide and then collect the balance if any using either credit, debit or cash.

Although we find using Insurance Receipts a simpler process we do understand some customers prefer Direct Billing so that is why we have added this option.
